Its 1.75copper voice coil is set onto a polyimide former, which assures good long term resistance to the detrimental effects of extreme high temperatures. A double half-roll cone surround, combined with an optimized Kevlar-loaded paper cone, ensure the speakers frequency response is smooth and extended. The large 31 oz. ceramic ferrite magnet provides plenty of motor strength.
